It has a well-established , large and welcoming student community which includes two universities. It has excellent transport links to London, about 80km away, with quick and easy access to the international airports of Heathrow and Gatwick.
The aim of the teaching staff at ELC is to focus on your individual needs and interests to help you achieve your goals. Our academic team is led by an Academic Director who is always ready to discuss every aspect of your stay.
ELC teachers are all qualified professionals in the teaching of English as a foreign language.
The school has 7 permanent teachers with a minimum teaching experience of 10 years, and typically 20 years' experience. All temporary teachers must have at least two years' teaching experience, though typically they have 7-20 years' experience.
