Introduction

Hilderstone College is a non-profit state college, small and friendly, specialising in English language courses for overseas students and teachers of English. We offer the highest quality long and short courses throughout the year to adult students from all over the world. Our staff are amongst the best in the UK - all are well-qualified and highly-experienced. We have great study facilities and provide excellent family accommodation in an attractive, friendly seaside town. We are members of "English UK" and accredited by The British Council.

Location:

Broadstairs is a beautiful coastal town, with wonderful beaches, on the famous South-East Coast of England. Unlike many large cities, it's a friendly place with excellent residential areas very close to the College.

There are many restaurants, pubs and coffee bars where you can meet friends. Close by there are also shopping centres, cinemas, theatres, music venues, bowling alleys, sports centres, markets and an amusement park. The old part of Broadstairs still retains the beauty of a picturesque fishing village. During the 19th century Broadstairs became popular with members of the royal family and famous artists and writers. Charles Dickens wrote much of his work here and called it his "beloved Broadstairs". The town remains popular with visitors today.

Variety is part of this process - variety of teaching styles, variety of materials and variety of activity.
