Introduction

The Royal Northern College of Music is a music school in Manchester, England. It is a leading international conservatoire, training students to world-class levels in music through a specialised learning programme of the highest quality, delivered by internationally renowned teachers and underpinned by a unique artistic programme of performances.

It is located on Oxford Road in Chorlton on Medlock, at the western edge of the campus of the University of Manchester. In addition to being a centre of music education, the RNCM also holds concerts and other musical events.
